Much of your learning experiences will be under the supervision of a qualified preceptor at off-campus settings in your area of residence or preferred location. You’ll get practical experience in community, business and clinical settings, private nutrition practices, foodservice facilities, long-term care facilities and sustainable agriculture settings. With an asynchronous delivery method, you’ll be able to complete your coursework to fit your schedule in the comfort of where you live.

A research component in the program’s curriculum will teach you to build on concepts you’ll learn in nutrition informatics and biostatistics and conduct, analyze and publish research ethically and unbiasedly.
